How to use
Shake before use. Draw the oil into the dropper and place your serving under the tongue, holding it there for around 30–60 seconds before swallowing, which allows sublingual absorption. Can be taken with or without food.

Place your serving under the tongue with the dropper and hold for 30–60 seconds before swallowing. Take with or without food. The FSA advises not exceeding 70mg of CBD per day from supplements.
6000mg in 30ml is around 200mg/ml — a high-strength oil. [Once dropper drops-per-ml is confirmed, state per-drop and per-serving mg here so people can measure accurately.
