• Full Spectrum CBD Oil (3,000mg, 30ml) — a milder concentration at roughly 100mg per ml, made with full-spectrum hemp extract for those who prefer the complete range of naturally occurring hemp compounds alongside CBD. Sold as a standalone full-spectrum product, unflavoured.

How to choose your CBD oil strength

Both bottles are 30ml, so comparing mg-per-ml is the simplest way to judge strength: the 6,000mg drops work out to roughly double the concentration of the 3,000mg Full Spectrum oil.

3,000mg (~100mg/ml) — Full Spectrum CBD Oil. A good everyday strength if you're newer to CBD oil or prefer a lower dose per drop.

6,000mg (~200mg/ml) — CBD Oral Drops. Our higher-concentration option, suited to those already familiar with their preferred daily amount.

The Food Standards Agency (FSA) advises healthy adults not to exceed 70mg of CBD per day from food supplements. Isolate vs full spectrum: which CBD oil is right for you?

• Isolate (CBD Oral Drops, isolate option) — 99%+ pure CBD with no other hemp plant compounds, unflavoured base with added flavouring. The choice for a clean, consistent, easy-to-flavour drop.
• Full spectrum (CBD Oral Drops full-spectrum option, and the standalone Full Spectrum CBD Oil) — made using the whole hemp plant extract, so it naturally contains the full range of cannabinoids and terpenes found in hemp, alongside CBD, all still within the legal limit of under 0.2% THC.

Are CBD oil drops legal in the UK?

Yes. CBD oil drops are legal to buy and use in the UK provided the product is derived from EU-approved industrial hemp, contains no more than 0.2% THC in line with the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971, and — because these are food supplements taken orally — the product is listed on the Food Standards Agency's Novel Foods register. All Haze CBD oil drops meet these requirements and are independently lab tested to confirm THC stays under the legal threshold.

CBD oil is not suitable for everyone. It's not recommended if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking prescribed medication, since CBD can interact with certain medicines processed by the same liver enzymes (CYP450).
