Every clearance item is clearly labelled with the reason. The quality is exactly the same as our regular stock — the only difference is why we're moving it faster.

Yes. Every clearance item is the same lab-tested, UK-manufactured product as our regular range. Third-party certificates of analysis are available on each product page.

Short-dated items are within their best-before date at time of dispatch and typically remain effective for weeks or months after that date — CBD doesn't spoil like food, it just gradually loses potency over time.

Clearance items cannot be returned for change of mind. Because clearance stock is finite and often discontinued, we can't accept returns simply because you decide you don't want the product.

However — your statutory rights are unaffected. If a clearance item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, you're covered under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and we'll refund or replace it as normal. See our full returns policy.

Depends on the reason. Discontinued flavours and last-of-line products won't come back — when they're gone, they're gone. Overstock items may return if we get more, but often we're clearing them out because we're moving to something better. Short-dated items are single batches.

Whenever we have stock to clear. Sometimes that's a few new items a month, sometimes nothing for weeks. We don't create artificial "flash sales" or run false urgency — clearance items go up when they exist, and come down when they sell.
