Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our website or services.

These terms form a legally binding contract between you and Haze CBD.

Age verification (18+)

If we discover that an order has been placed by someone under 18, we will cancel the order and refund any payment. Repeated attempts to bypass age verification will result in account termination.

Placing orders

How an order is formed

When you place an order through our website:

1. You submit your order — this is an offer to buy, not an accepted contract
2. We send an order confirmation email — this is acknowledgement of receipt, not acceptance
3. The contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send a dispatch confirmation email

We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to: orders that fail age verification, suspected fraud, payment issues, stock unavailability, or pricing errors.

Order cancellation

You may cancel any order before it is dispatched by contacting us at sales@hazecbd.co.uk. Once dispatched, the order falls under our returns policy.

Pricing & payment

Prices

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the prevailing UK rate. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown separately at checkout.

We try to ensure all prices are accurate but errors do occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error after you place an order, we’ll contact you to confirm whether you want to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

Payment

We accept payment by:

• Major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• PayPal

Payment is processed at the point of order. If payment fails, your order will not be processed.

Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes are only valid for the period stated, cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted, and may have minimum spend or product restrictions. We reserve the right to cancel or amend any promotion at any time.

Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in full in our delivery information page. Key points:

• Free UK standard delivery on orders over £19.99
• Order by 3pm Mon–Fri for same-day dispatch
• For Next day delivery and royal mail 1 pm guaranty  place the order before 11 am
• Risk of loss passes to you on delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by courier networks, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Returns & refunds

Our returns policy is set out in full in our returns page. Summary:

• 30 days from delivery to return unopened products for a refund
• Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
• Damaged or faulty items are replaced or refunded regardless of timing
• Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected

Product information & disclaimers

Food supplement, not medicine

Product descriptions

We try to ensure product descriptions, images, ingredients, and CBD content are accurate. Minor variations between batches may occur. CBD content stated on the label is verified by third-party laboratory testing — certificates of analysis (COAs) are available on each product page.

Individual response varies

How CBD affects each person varies based on body weight, metabolism, and other factors. We make no claims about specific effects or outcomes from using our products.

Drug testing

Our CBD products contain less than 0.2% THC (the UK legal limit) but may not be suitable if you are subject to drug testing. We make no warranty that our products will not affect drug test results.

Your account

If you create an account with us:

• You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You’re responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
• You agree not to share your account with anyone under 18
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We’ll retain certain data after closure for legal/tax purposes (see our privacy policy).

Intellectual property

All content on hazecbd.co.uk — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, blog articles, and design — is owned by Haze CBD or used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content commercially without prior written permission.

You may share links to our pages on social media, and you may print pages for personal, non-commercial use.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when. For material changes, we’ll notify account holders by email. Continued use of our website after changes means you accept the updated terms.

The version of these terms in force when you placed your order governs that order.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms and any contract between us are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction.

Before taking court action, we encourage you to contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. For consumer disputes, the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
