Top 5 CBD Disposable Vapes and Alternatives in the UK

Five ways to vape CBD from the Haze range, from beginner-friendly pens to refillable pods and e-liquids, and how to pick the right one for you.

The short version

The short version

Best for most beginners: a pre-filled, rechargeable pen like the Haze Legend. If you want less waste, a pod system like the Haze Platinum Pro is better. If you want to choose your own strength, a refillable pen with CBD e-liquid works best.

No CBD vape can promise “relief”. CBD products can’t legally make health claims. Choose on build quality, lab testing, strength and flavour.

CBD vape pens have become one of the most popular ways to take CBD in the UK. They’re simple, portable and come in plenty of flavours. Since the single-use vape ban on 1 June 2025, though, the market has changed. Today’s “disposable” CBD vapes have to be rechargeable, and more people are moving to pods and refillable pens.

Below are five ways to vape CBD from our own range, each suited to a different kind of user. One honest note first: no vape can guarantee “instant relief”. CBD products in the UK can’t legally claim to treat or relieve any condition, so be wary of any brand that says otherwise.

1. Haze Legend: best for beginners

The Haze Legend is a pre-filled, draw-activated pen with 1000mg of CBD distillate. There are no buttons or settings and nothing to fill, and it’s rechargeable, so it meets the post-2025 rules. It comes in six flavours, including Bubble Haze, Berry Blast and Cali Cola. If you’ve never vaped CBD before, this is the easiest place to start.

2. Haze Platinum: best for a longer-lasting pen

The Platinum is also a rechargeable, disposable-style pen with 1000mg of CBD distillate, designed for around 1,500 puffs. More puffs from the same amount of CBD means less CBD in each puff, which makes it easier to keep your daily total low. It comes in eight flavours.

3. Haze Platinum Pro: best for less waste

The Platinum Pro is a pod system. You buy a USB-C battery once, then click in pre-filled pods holding 1000mg of CBD isolate. Isolate contains no THC. When a pod runs out you replace the pod, not the whole device, which is cheaper over time and creates far less electrical waste.

4. Haze CBD Strains: best for choosing your own set-up

If you already own a refillable vape pen or tank, a CBD e-liquid lets you choose your own device, airflow and flavour. Haze CBD Strains contains 3000mg of CBD in 60ml, which works out at 50mg per ml. Read how much CBD to add to vape juice if you want to mix it with your usual liquid.

5. Haze CBD Rock: best value for experienced vapers

CBD Rock contains 3500mg of CBD in 100ml (35mg per ml) for refillable devices. A larger bottle at a lower strength per ml suits regular vapers who want flexibility. Browse all our CBD vape juice.

How to choose the right CBD vape

  • Ease of use: a pre-filled pen is the simplest. A refillable tank takes some learning.
  • Strength per puff: divide the total CBD by the approximate puff count. Lower per puff makes it easier to stay within the FSA’s 10mg-a-day guidance. Our CBD vape strength guide explains more.
  • Waste and cost: pods and refillables cost less per mg over time and create less e-waste.
  • Lab testing and labelling: total mg, ingredients, batch number and an independent lab test. See what to check before buying.
  • Flavour: fruit, soda and ice flavours are the most popular, while unflavoured options suit people who prefer a cleaner taste.

CBD vapes are legal in the UK if they contain no more than 1mg of THC in the whole product, are rechargeable and refillable (or take replacement pods), are sold to adults only and make no medical claims. All Haze CBD products are independently lab tested.

CBD is generally well tolerated, but it can cause drowsiness or interact with some medicines, and there’s limited long-term research on vaping. The Food Standards Agency advises healthy adults to have no more than 10mg of CBD a day. If you’re new to it, read how to use a CBD disposable vape, and speak to your GP first if you take medication or have a lung or heart condition.

Vaping isn’t risk-free, and if you don’t smoke, the NHS advises you not to start vaping. Never vape CBD oil drops, as oils can damage the lungs when inhaled.

Recap

Key takeaways

  1. The Haze Legend is the simplest place to start: pre-filled, draw-activated and rechargeable.
  2. The Platinum Pro pod system cuts cost per mg and electrical waste for regular users.
  3. CBD e-liquids such as CBD Strains and CBD Rock suit refillable pens if you want your own set-up.
  4. No CBD vape can legally claim to relieve anxiety, pain or sleep problems. Avoid brands that do.
  5. The FSA advises healthy adults to have no more than 10mg of CBD a day.

CBD disposable vapes: FAQs

A pre-filled, draw-activated rechargeable pen is the easiest to use. The Haze Legend has 1000mg of CBD, needs no set-up and comes in six flavours.

No vape can guarantee relief, and UK law doesn’t allow CBD products to make medical claims. Inhaled CBD is absorbed faster than oils or gummies, but the evidence on CBD’s effects in healthy people is still limited.

Fully single-use vapes have been banned since 1 June 2025. CBD vapes that are rechargeable and refillable, or that take replacement pods, can still be sold legally.

It depends on the device and how often you use it. Check the approximate puff count, and remember that more puffs from the same mg means less CBD per puff.

A disposable-style pen is simpler. A pod system costs less over time and creates less waste, because you only replace the pod rather than the whole device.
