How to use
Start with one gummy (or half a 50mg gummy if you're new to CBD) and see how you get on before taking more. Chew thoroughly. Effects from edibles come on more gradually than other formats because they're digested first — typically within 30–60 minutes. The FSA advises healthy adults not to exceed 70mg of CBD per day from all supplements combined; at 50mg per 1000mg gummy, factor that in. CBD is a food supplement, not a medicine — not suitable if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking prescription medication; speak to your doctor or pharmacist first if any apply.
- Start with one gummy
- Take with food for optimal absorption
- Wait 30-60 minutes for effects
- Adjust dosage as needed
- Store in a cool, dry place

Haze CBD Gummy Bears — frequently asked
CBD gummy bears are chewable fruit sweets with a measured dose of CBD in each one. Ours are vegan, 20 bears per bag, in 500mg (25mg per bear) and 1000mg (50mg per bear) strengths. A pre-measured, discreet way to take CBD without oils or capsules.
Start with one gummy — or half a 50mg gummy if you're new to CBD — and see how you get on before increasing. The FSA advises not exceeding 70mg of CBD per day from supplements, so there's no need to take several.
500mg (25mg per bear) is a gentler starting strength; 1000mg (50mg per bear) is our stronger pack for those who already know their preferred amount. Same bear, same flavour — only the CBD per gummy changes.
Yes — they're made without gelatine.
No more than 1mg of THC per product — the UK legal limit for a finished CBD product. They're made with CBD isolate, so effectively THC-free, and lab tested with the certificate on this page.
Because gummies are digested before the CBD is absorbed, effects come on gradually — usually within 30 to 60 minutes, and they tend to last longer than faster formats like vaping.
Yes. They're a CBD food supplement, made with approved hemp-derived CBD, contain no more than 1mg THC per product, and are covered by FSA
