Why shop a CBD vape kit at Haze CBD?

Why a rechargeable pod system?
Following the UK's June 2025 ban on single-use disposable vapes, legally-sold CBD vapes must now be rechargeable rather than single-use. Our Carbon pod system was built around this — one battery, refillable pods, no single-use hardware waste. It's also generally the lower-cost option over time versus repeatedly buying disposable devices, since you're only replacing the pod, not the whole unit.
Are CBD vape kits legal in the UK?
Yes. CBD vape kits are legal across the UK provided the product contains no more than 1mg of THC per product, the hardware complies with the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016 (TPD), and the product is notified to the MHRA. Following the UK's June 2025 disposable vape ban, all legally-sold CBD vapes — including pod systems — must be rechargeable rather than single-use. The Haze CBD Carbon system meets all four requirements.

How we test our CBD pods
Every batch of CBD vape liquid used in our pods is tested by an independent UK laboratory before reaching customers. Testing covers verified CBD content, THC content (to confirm it's within the legal threshold), heavy metals, residual solvents, and pesticides. Certificates of analysis are linked on the product page.
Delivery, returns and guarantees
Free next-day delivery on all orders over £20 (Royal Mail Tracked 24). Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday ship same day. We ship in discreet plain packaging with no Haze CBD branding visible from the outside. If you're not happy with your order, contact us within 30 days for a full refund — hygiene rules mean opened pods can't be resold, but we still refund.
